My Story

I’m Martin Henry, personal trainer and fitness author. After years of compromised health from running my own successful (but extremely demanding) business, I took the opportunity 10 years ago to change directions completely. As a regular writer for Fitness Magazines, the editor of UltraFIT and a fully certified personal trainer I’ve now helped many time poor, busy people lose weight, gain strength and discover what their bodies are capable of. I love it, and if you let me, I will help you get the results you want, and just maybe you will end up loving your fitness journey too.
